WAEC Ghana now accepts 2025 WASSCE PC2 registrations
On May 23rd 2025, the biometric registration software no longer displayed the equivalent of "Registration is currently closed". The collection of fingerprints, name, e-mail address, photograph (.jpg), and password is done specifically at internet cafes eligible to use the software.

It is important to note that in the photograph, both ears must be visible. The requirement might not be met if the photograph is taken up close. It was not explicitly stated what would happen if one lost an ear, for example, in an accident. The background should not be red.
After paying, one should select a centre.
Though not available initially, the admission note is to be taken before the examination writing begins, ideally several days before and not on the same day. Entry is denied without it.
The examination is sometimes called "Nov/Dec".
